Wow one year

I'm not one for meaningless days, I had a blog for one year bashing them. And unless it's a historical event like the atom split, the first transmutation, or Rlaph Bayer inveting the interactive video game, I dont care. I had my camera for three years i don't celebrate the day i bought it. But I must say one year is something for a stupid journal no one reads.

Engineering Tomrrow's Future

To Day I woke up at 6:00, Now it's 18:00 PST. I start school at 7:05, It ends on Friday at 13:00. I spent four hours working on a plaque. 12 hours without caffine or any energy food or drink. The last four hours on a stressing plaque, all for what?

Last Min. Display

The day, Thursday. The time 20:00 PST. I find myself burning the final cut of pictures for the Bonanza High School, SkillUSA chapter display. So far i've been so secretive I haven't even told Keegan ( Votech student, Myspace.com/Votech). I still have to aprove the final Stand plans and make sure My agent gets all the matireals for this last build weekend.

I hope this year Bonanza, My chapter, and most importanly I get the award.

ooh Ba Nan Nah

I was watching Icons on G4 today. It was the episode about my favorite video game character, DK. At the end a guy said that we still don't really know what makes Donkey Kong tick.

I heard this and right away my brain said Bananas.

My first video game was DKC for the SNES. I bought DKC for the GBC twice. I bought DKC for the GBA twice. DK64 was my 2nd game for the N64 (first was Diddy Kong racing). Two years ago my favorite Christmas present was DK vs. Mario.

After all this, I can say Bananas.

The reason for DK stealing peach in Donkey Kong was probaly because at that pie factory they had his bananas for cream pies.

The reason for DKC was in the opening movie, the kremlins stole his bananas.
Same for DKW, and DK64.

In Donkey Kong 64 when he gets one back all he can say is " ooh Ba nan nah".

All the motivation this Kong needs is for someone, anyone to take his golden bananas.

At last E3 is back, and with it new hopes of gamers.

My personal hope is about the PS3.

"Surkit, you can't be happy about the PS3, after all you love Microsoft and to a lesser extent Nintendo."

Well I am. Sony is about to make the mistake that they used to kill Sega. Put all thier effort into an overated and OVERPRICED console. The dreamcast was a last ditch effort and sadly it's demise killed the hardware portion of Sega. Sure Sony has the PSP, but will it matter? The movie UMDs proved to be a flop and thier has yet to be a decent game for each grenre on the handheld.

Bottom line.
Blueray DVD players are going to cost $1800 dollars.
Sony is going to lose $1000 dollars if the PS3 sells for $800.
With the $100 dollar revolution and the $400 xbox, whose going to buy the PS3.

G4 must Suck

With the recent leave of Brendan and Sarah Moran, I got to thinking G4 must suck as a boss. Within weeks of the merger of TechTV and G4 Morgan Webb died her hair black. Within months of TSS death at the hands of AOTS, Kevin Rose quit and went to sell podcasts and t-shirts. Martain Sargent was fired after being moved to LA. Who knows what happend to Chi Lang. Now Kevin is the only one on Aots.
