They say 50% of the population is below the adverge IQ. I have a plan for these people. I'm geussing at least 2% of these people work in goverment. So after Bush and Chenney leave with thier cabinet why dont they open up a company. This Co. will be called Path-E-Tech and can only employ the bottom 50% of the poplus. Path-E-Tech will have massive problems and won't actuly do anything but make a chunk of the idiots and morons spend 8 hours at a job.
